1. How descriptive was the initial landing page / email opt in form about what the customer will be getting by subscribing to the list? *

2. Roughly, how long did the first confirmation email take to arrive? *

3. Once you confirmed subscription in the first email, did it take you directly to the download of the file or did you have to wait for a second email with a link? *

4. When the second welcome email arrived containing the details on what content to expect in the future, did that make you want to keep your subscription or unsubscribe? Does the forthcoming content sound worth signing up for? Could anything be added, taken away or improved? *

5. After downloading and unpacking the soundbank file, how easy was it to install? Were the included instructions clear enough? *

6. Once you got the soundbank set up and loaded into Serum, what did you think of the layout and filing system of the pack? Is it easy to get around and select the sounds you want quickly? What could be added, taken away or improved? *

7. Did you encounter any bugs or issues when loading, using, or playing sounds? Is there anything annoying that could be fixed? (eg: Volume or octave inconsitencies) *

8. Do you think the sounds will be useful for your day to day productions? Do they have replay value? If not, what could be better? *
