If you have a question or you’re having trouble installing, downloading, or registering your plugin or other product, scroll down and you may be able to find the answer to your issue here.

We are experiencing very high volumes of emails at the moment so if you are having trouble with your download then please find some information below that may help you.
The serial number was on the checkout confirmation page after you checked out, and also sent to your email. Please check your spam folder and see if it’s in there.
If you still cant find it, please go back through your search history and find the checkout confirmation page (or for the free plugin if you still can’t find it) go back through checkout again and make sure to grab the serial number from the bottom of the checkout confirmation page before leaving the site.
If that still doesn’t fix it, then please email me your order number (it looks something like #13248) and I will send you your serial number directly. firstname.lastname@example.org
SERIAL NUMBERS NOT ACTIVATING PLUGINS:
In the rare case that your serial number doesn’t activate your plugin:
Please make sure that you are copying and pasting the serial number in correctly and not adding any extra spaces or missing numbers or letters.
If that still doesn’t fix it, then please email me your order number (it looks something like #13248) and I will check the status and send you your serial number directly. email@example.com
INSTALLING THE PLUGINS ON MAC:
Instead of double clicking the .pkg file, all you need to do is right click on the .pkg file and select ‘open’ from the drop down menu instead.
If you are having problems downloading then you may have exceeded the download limit of 6. The order amount is set to one per customer but you can download it up to 6 times.
